PAYMENTS

Cash Only!!! No Checks, debit or credit cards are accepted as a form of payment for salon services or store purchases. All orders placed online will have to be shipped.

NO SHOWS

If you do not show up to your appointment and fail to contact us, in accordance with our no show policy your card will be charged 50% of the service price.

TRAVELING

If traveling from out of town, Please purchase insurance on your flight just in case something was to happen where you or your stylist has to cancel.

LATE

If you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, your deposit is forfeited and another deposit will be required to reschedule & your card will be charged 30% of the service price.

POLICY

Please note our facility is CASH ONLY. If booking through our online booking website please note a card is required to secure your appointment. Your card is only used to hold the appointment and no money is charged at time of booking. Although a card is required to secure appointment, payment for service is due in cash upon arrival.

GUEST

Due to limited seating, we are unable to accomodate extra people or animals in the salon. No children or extra guest allowed unless they are being serviced.

COVID-19

In accordance with CDC guidelines high contact surfaces are cleaned and disinfected regularly. At this time masks are optional.

CANCELLATION

If you do not provide the 48hr notice of cancellation your deposit will be forfeited & the late cancellation fee is 30% of the service price and the no show fee is 50% of the service price.

All appointments scheduled via online, phone or in the salon must be secured with a credit/debit card as well as a non-refundable deposit. Your card is only used to hold the appointment and no money is charged at time of booking. The minimum deposit is $25. All deposits must be paid within 24 hours of securing the appointment or the appointment will be subject to cancellation. A new deposit is to be placed for every subsequent appointment.

If you do not provide 48hr notice of rescheduling, in accordance with the cancellation policy, the card will be charged 30% of the service price and/or your deposit wil be forfeited. If you need to reschedule within the allotted 48 hour window, you must use your deposit within the following 30 days or your deposit will be forfeited.

A non-refundable consultation fee of $25 applies for all consultations and can be used toward your actual appointment should you decide to reschedule services.
